We did a little more tuning (to flattedn the AF) but the printer ran out of ink. Didn't yield more than a horse or two. For 4 PSI I think thats damn good number

I am using a Super T Turbo kit and I must say this thing is top shelf. Dave has stood behind me with everything I have needed and his customer service is ( just like is product ) one of the best in the buniness. When ever I have had a question or concern he has always addressed this in the most honest way he can - its amazing that there are a couple honest companys out there still today.

Its time for a intercooler, clutch and the up the boost

my bro has a similar setup, except one of my manis, and intercooled. at 4psi, that thing SCREAMS. oh ya, B18A in an 89 4th gen. nice numbers!

 

Not bad for the time being, needs a clutch bad, the thing was slipping from about 4.5k on up so deffently is shy of what it could lay down. After I'm done I'm lookking for mid 200's with a clutch and a intercooler. Looks very doable on 8PSI at this point in time.

why dopnt you bump up the boost? and get an intercooler?

 

Need to finsih my track car first LOL cars are a never ending money pit and my Firebird eats it almost as bad as boosted cars do.

those numbers are pretty impressive for 4 psi. I've seen worst with higher numbers.

Someone told me that a lot of their mechanics were doing work for their buddies for free, using the shop and dyno, and getting parts at cost for their friends.

Anyone know if this is true??

John's shop isn't under, as for what went on there, I try to stay out of the gosip.. There was some under the table things going on though from what I know. Still around, scaled back a bit, but still has a dyno and a shop.

 

yeah, i dont mean to gossip, but I went by there and there was only 1 john haley truck and no other cars, and it was during regular business hours, so it must have been a fluke or something.

Are they still operating as a store for buying parts?

 

What kind of exhaust? Stock? Open downpipe?
