Default Tein problem Need help quick

Alright, I put my ITR Tein HA's on my sol today (using ITR rear control arms) and I have a major problem with the rear. I got the front on all good but the back are haveing problems. There is no way to tighten them. From where the top of the rear strut tower ends to the begging of the thread, there is a good 3 inches. It is so un drivable because every time I hit a bump (even small) my rear springs doesn't compress, the car just bounces real bad. I bough a box of washers to try and take away from the gappage but it still is bouncing as hell and they make tons of noise. Please help quick

****, dont ride on that anymore like that! Right on the shaft of the shock by the bushings you should see that the rod is slightly larger, there should be a washer that goes onto the shock first, below the bushings, then another washer on top of the bushings and then you bolt it down.

Double chech the instructions again. You are missing a steel washer at the top that you need to use off your stock suspension set up

Yeah it looks like you're missing #'s 1 and 16 in the pic, and obviously #12 (or is it 2?) which is why the shaft is so far up. I did the same thing when I installed some GC's a couple years ago...

Thanks, I finally solved it after reading some of your posts.

vtecvoodoo, Since I am not using pillow ball mounts, what side should I put the rubber mounts on, top or bottom?

Voodoo, if you put them on both sides, there is not enough bolt to screw the whole thing back together
