Suspect ITR???
If you saw a PY ITR on the road/traffic, but it had no decals and it was 4-lug......would you think it's a real ITR? Keep in mind, the car has everything else an ITR would have (visually....shaved moldings, no sunroof, ITR exhaust, rear lower bar, ITR front lip, OEM red "H" emblems, etc....) except these 2 items.
Here's some pics for reference:

I think maybe because he has a PY ITR and was thinking of doing something like this to fake people out.
But I am not sure I would waste the time with a 4lug conversion... its like paying money for a downgrade in performance/rigidy.

why so concerned about whether people think its a type r or not?
the chasis is the big difference and you dont have it so its not a type r. Im sure your car is still great to drive and thats all that matters

i'd think your car is an ITR, but one that has probably been stolen or fucked up real bad.
even if someone didn't think it was an ITR, they'd still expect you to be fast with your flashy PY paint. so that totally defeats the purpose if you were trying to fake people out or something.

Dont think people will still not want to steal your car because they might think its fake, from looking at it everyone will still know quality work/parts went in to it to make it look like a type-r and probably perform like one, your just as likely a target as a type R with 5 lug and stickers.

If I saw your car, I would think it was just someone who wanted to make their Integra look like an ITR. Most people don't go from a 5 to 4 lug set up.
Not necessarily a bad thing, but similar to the old school days when people would put Z28 emblems on regular Camaros, or GTi emblems on a regular Golf.
Someone who couldn't afford the freight of the original, but always envied and coveted the original.
