I have a JDM H22a and I would like to change the front and rear main seals while it's out of the car. Is this possible without tearing the bottom end apart?

is the motor and tranny out of the car and seperated. if yes then you can replace the rear and front main seals without tearing up the bottem end to much. remove clutch, flywheel and then remove crank pulley.

Ok thanks. It's basically just the bottom end together right now. I just didn't want to have to pull anything apart inside the block...
