Can any COMPUSTAR dealers sell me some sensors/accessories?
Is it true that the Compustar alarms need to use Compustar sensors, or could i use sensors from like DEI? if they have to be made by Compustar, I'm lookin for a back up battery, digital tilt sensor, proximity sensor, and a glass break sensor. Let me know what you got.
Probably too busy installing them!
How about you just email Compustar directly? They have a customer support line, I believe?

you should be able to hook up any sensor. the drawback with using aftermarket parts is that it most likely will NOT be a plug in type job.
For example, to hook up a dual zone proximity, you would need to wire it to your dual stage shock sensors wires with some diodes, so that both sensors can trigger the high and low impact wires on your alarm.
You can hook up as many sensors as you'd like this way. But some are more overkill than others (ie. if you have dual zone proxy, why use glass break?)
