how can i tell if its integra type r cams and vavle springs? both intake and ehxaust?someone told me there in some color paint on the springs?thanks need to know asap.

There is blue and yellow paint on type-r valvesprings. One color is intake, the other exhaust (I don't remember which). Someone could always paint the springs to scam you. Type-R springs are dual on the intake and exhaust side, but the GSR only uses dual springs on the intake side. There have been a couple of posts about identifying ITR/CTR cams, you should be able to find them if you do a search...
