why is my turn signal or hazard works and then not work!!!????help please!!!

i have a problem here!!! i have a 88 crx si and the problem is the turn signal and my hazard works on cold days and it doesnt work when it is hot out??!!!is it the main rely or is there another rely???if it is where is it at??

theres a flasher relay above the fuse box. check that.

which fuse box???? the one in the car or the one under the hood?
