Turn signals not working but hazards do??

Turn signals not working but hazards do??
EDIT: Found the problem, bad flasher/turn signal relay. mods can delete or lock this

I had a Lumina with the same problem and it was the signal lever on the steering column.... if that helps at all or it could possibly be the turn signal flasher.

where is this relay at? I'm curious if this is what's wrong with my car.. (left signal doesn't work when I step on brakes)

its in the fuse box under your dash on the top left its a black box looking thing, they are like 10 dollars..
