Default Need some info about piston swap in d16z6

I want to raise the compression in my d16z6-i've heard that JDM ZC psitons are a direct swap, i've heard that 86-88 USDM Integra pistons are a direct swap, and i've heard that neither option is a direct swap and modification is required to make it work. What is the deal? What should i get? What gains should i expect?

I have a 95 EX coupe with stock internals, STR Comp fuel rail, and 95 GSR OEM intake, FYI. This seems like a cost effective power gainer if its true

d16 a1, old skuul teggie pistons work, I think the zc ones will. Find the d series buildup and look in there. Or contact mistbone or spade
