my friend did a whopping 22 second run in his gsr.

as for me, i haven't run the 1/4 with the new motor yet.

Im my defense, I was having problems with my car on that day. It would bog from the 1~2 shift for like 2 seconds. On this run I granny shifted the 1~2 shift, and this was the result. Everything is fine now, and I've yet to take it to the track again. This run was the best of 3, and was also the first and last time I've taken my car to the track since the swap. The other runs are too embarrassing to write.

Just read my sig. I have an HF tranny and dont get out of 2nd gear, I think I can get it into the 16s but I dont think ill run it again on this motor. I put out somewhere around 85- 95 whp, Not bad for a crap motor.

 

91 crx dx: 16.7 n/a still with the dual-point injection. i still have yet to run it with my new stuff.

Mods and conditions at time of ET:

The engine its a Z6 SOHC VTEC with just intake, headers, hi flow cat, and custom exhaust. The ECU its trowing 4 engine codes (7,9,10,17), theres no fuel or ignition map changes whille on VTEC, and VTEC its set to kick @ 4600 rpms.The temp was about 50 deg, the tire press was 32 psi, the tires were Goodyears Eagle F1's. Only pass seat, rear seat and spare tire was taken out, no big deal since i weight 195#. Transmision used was a 90 Civic DX. Track was kilkare dragstrip (www.kilkareraceway.com)

IMO, this its a very good time for just thisfew mods.

 

I ran a 15.2 @ 94mph with a 2.9 60'. That is what killed me, so i'm really lookin at mid 14's since i got new wheels and did just a few more mods .

yeah with that trap speed u going to be pulling 14.8's....
my friend has a 96 EX(JDM GSR) and his trap speeds are 96 mph and he can only ran a best of 14.9-14.8's

My hatch is almost completely gutted. Just haven't started cutting yet. This is on HX wheel with Azenis, less than 1/8 tank of gas. 1st Gen B16 with K&N drop-in and Thermal exhaust. Lightweight battery, CF hood.

Yeah, plus i know i can pull a higher trap speed if i had a better 60'. We will just have to see when i go back to the track in the next few weeks.

my clutch was bad and i only had a ebay intake, i still had si downpipe to hf exhaust.(had horrible flow).

anyway expecting to be in the 14's next time i go. new setup, that is on my car now, turbo. hahahahaha. excellent. 14's hear i come, hope fully 13's soon too.

I went to the track once more after that date, but they only ran the 1/8th. I got my 60ft's a little more consistant, but my tires sucked. I ran ~.2 faster in the 1/8th and the trap was about 2mph faster than the above run. It was also cooler out that day.

My best time was 13.8 @ 105mph in my B16 turbo crx. I know I could run 12's on slicks it's kinda hard to get traction on street tires.

 

well my first time to the lights with my d16z6 sohc vtec, I/H/C/E on street tires i ran a 15.4...shitty i know, but mu o2 was goin out and i think i had a bad injector too...my engin light was poppin on the whole way to the track..

i for one am ANTI WAR!!! i do not think we should have went to war, that was a wrong turn, UN said NO, and they must have had a reason. bush is a FU*KING DUMB ***!!! but that still odes not mean i do not suport the troops. i very much do! i hope that they all are well, and as safe as they can be, i just wish they were not there, i suport the troops so much i wish they didnt have to fight, thats what anti war is

as for 1.4 mile times, i ran a 16.2 in a 90 crx si, i/e/clutch
but my trans sucks ***! and some what crapy tires.
i have a few more parts now? we will see whathappens.
