You could take it to a garage to get it done.
Or buy a headlight alignment kit at an auto parts store.
Or line one headlight up to where you want it to shine on the ground. Pull up to your garage door and try to get the other headlight's beam to match the first one as best you can.

wait till it's dark outside. find a place (like a driveway, leading up to a garage door)
that is very level. pull your car up to the wall or door, and mark a line with chalk or electrical tape that is parallel with the middle of your headlights.

back the car up about 30 ft. and start adjusting them until the center of the light beam shines on the line of chalk or tape.

follow Carolina accords instructions : thats is what my manual tells you to do also one thing dont have anything in your trunk or back seat because if you adjust the headlight beam , and then take all the junk out of the trunk or back seat the beam will be off again.

i was under the impression that the lights were not alligned from the factory so that oncoming traffic would not be blinded by your driverside...of course you will probably change this, but i just thought i'd throw that bit of info in

what year accord do u have? follow a helms or haynes manual... there should be a long screw on the 4th and 5th gens i believe... it should be located on the top of the headlight housing... the screw is pretty long and uses a phillips head. that screw should adjust vertical alignment and there should be another setup behind the headlight for horizontal aiming. but i dont think there is a way to adjust the bulbs seperately... at least on the 4th and 5th gens... only the whole housing...

Here's the instructions for the '98 and '99 Accord from the Haynes manual. I assume an '02 would be the same:

1. The headlights have two adjusting screws, one inboard and one outboard. Both adjusters are accessible from the rear of the headlight assembly and are turned using a Phillips screwdriver. (there is a picture showing where the inboard and outboard adjustments are located).

These models are equipped with bubble-level gauges for headlight aiming (same picture shows where this is). If the headlights still don't aim properly after adjusting the vertical and horizontal adjusters until the indicators show level, there may be body damage in the headlight area. Proceed to the following steps for adjustment...

that's enough typing for now. If you have body damage, which I doubt, pick up a Haynes manual and learn how to do it.

As far as the adjustments, the vertical adjuster looks like it is in between where the two bulbs go in (it looks like a bolt with a huge washer per the picture), the horizontal adjuster is at one end of the light (also looks like a bolt with a large washer), and the bubble level is at the other end (looks like the inside edge).

Come to think of it, if you just replaced your lights, you probably dont' have a bubble level anymore.

Go pick up a Haynes manual for your car, it will run ~ $12 from Autozone or any other place that carries it. Chapter 12-10 will tell you exactly how to adjust your car.
