need some help here: torque specs

Default need some help here: torque specs

b18c5 torque specs. i need all major torque specs for main caps, rod bolts, head bolts, arp rod bolts, arp head studs, flywheel, clutch, cam caps.

even better if someone could just give me torque specs for everything that would be greatly appreciated. thanks!!!

does it matter if the helms manual isnt for a type r? should i just get the regular service manual for a 98 integra?

Helms includes all B18...Helms ownz once agian...

No. Yes = Only Helms.

Yes, get the Helm. It is very hard to post all the torque spec. up. After all, it is a very good investment!

well, the reason we need the torque specs is because the block is going to be here tomorrow, and our buddy(G3-Teg), left out of town for a week and he has all the specs...but since he's gone we can't get them.

Just for now, can someone please post...

main caps, rods bolts, oil squirters, and head stud specs. I don't need to hear..."Get a Helms", because we ordered one and it won't be here tomorrow. Please help out...
