90' crx won't start. engine will not fire but will turn over. used to not start in warm weather, but now not at all. coil works and replaced plugs and cap and wires. could the timing have anything to do with this?

Are you getting fuel? If you do have spark, then check to see if you have fuel getting to the injectors. Can you hear the fuel pump turn on when you turn the key on in the ignition? If not, most likely you'll need to replace the main relay.

 

If you're not getting spark it's most likely to be a bad ignitor.
