Yeah, Call me stupid... but I want to know.
it's just so noisy to run 80 on 5th gear in highway...
want a 6 or 7th gear if possible...
(I am courting a new girl here, need to TALK her out to go with me.. but on highway, she couldn't hear a thing!!! and it's kinda impolite to SHOUT at the beginning of a relationship).

need answers from the Techie here. Me just a Driver...

If you want a quieter car, trade it in on a new RSX Type S and let someone else enjoy the noisy Type R we all love.

 

If she doesn't appreciate the R, I'm sure you can find a nicer, prettier, smarter girl with bigger ***** who will...

 

I've got a solution; stay away from girls. Nothing but trouble. Let's just say i would be driving a Z06 if it weren't for wasting time and money on girls. I figure once I hit graduate school they will be a little more mature.

Besides, what do you need a girlfriend for, you've got an ITR. It always puts out (even though sometimes you gotta smack her gas pedal a little), and mean does she scream

I do love my R... there is no way I trade it in.

I am one of the people who enjoys it SO much.
but I am a human, never get satisfied. that's why I need a girl too. hehe.

I am gonna think over a new tranny when I change my Clutch...
but I really do need a 6th gear since I drive far a lot. I can live without a cruise control, but the long drive make me nuts.. especially if You just can't talk with other people in the car.

 

I think that you can get a six-speed kit from Quaife (the LSD company). Even better is that you can customize your gear ratios. Just a thought.

I would imagine a 6th gear on an Integra would be expensive as hell..

Have you tried 2 cans on a string???

 

Or get one of those family radio thingys with headsets. Then you could be like a rally driver and co-driver (except you could whisper sweet nothings into her ear).....

 

haha thats what i do TEGFREAK. As soon as im about to hit vtec, i turn off the radio and listen to the sweet acoustics of the B18C5. I also dont want my antenna to bend.
