Default upgrade my del sol cooling!!

whats up.. quick question for your EG junkies, i have a 94' del sol (without a/c).. what i was wondering is.. would a dc2 radiator be able to fit inplace of the stock weenie radiator.. if you know if it will fit or if you have done this (pics would be nice) please let me know or even if you know a good radiator for me to get. preferably sumthin in a decent price range.. fluidyne is a little to rich for my blood right now ..please post!

With some fabrication yes.

Or get a Del Sol VTEC radiator which is dual core for $120 from radiators.com (i believe) and bolt it right in place of the Civic one.

do you know what kind of fabrication might be involved.. if its sumthing not that simple ill probably just go with sumthin like you said.

you'll just have to rig some brackets for it. Just make sure you use rubber supports. Do you really need a DC2 radiator??? Although it has more capacity, it's kind of overkill unless you have a built engine and are running a coller thermostat...IMO

yea.. its sounding as the dc2 radiator is a bit much.. the only reason i was asking is because i just did b20 vtec over the past weekend and was a little iffy on cooling.. dual core should be sufficient for that setup tho right?

Yup unless you drive around really hard in 100 degree heat.
