Tires rubbing in rear
alright i've searched and didnt find anything that helped...
This is for a 92 civic hatch. i have 205/45/16 tires on 16x7 wheels(c8's) and i'm dropped not too much 1.75-2" max on Goldline Springs(theres 2.5 finger gap) I've already removed the strip and rolled the rear panels.
Heres my problem:
When i have people in my car, it rubs when i take turns any faster then like 5mph or when i hit a bump in the road(these guys are not fat either). What can i do to fix this? The wheels look straight, are there any tricks to getting just a little negative camber? Would an alignment help? If so, what are some recommended places in the socal area and estimated costs? I need to know, its driving me crazy!!!
Or anyone wanna trade my 16" bronze c8's for 15's? lol but i'd rather have this fixed, thank you!

i had some 16x7 5zigens on a 2" drop and they rubbed in the rear too...there was this sheetmetal corner tab sticking out and everytime i took a hard turn it rubbed...just take some needlenose pliers and bend that little tab up andaway from the tire. after i did that it never rubbed again
wheres the tab located? I already rolled the part where the black plastic lining goes(i removed the plastic too) Thanks for the replies!
see the part where the rear bumper meets the fender? kind of hard to explain but feel around uner there and youll feel the tab...
i wasnt sure if the tab was the problem, but when i looked the tire had rubbed off onto that tab
good luck

i think the "tab" he's talkin' about is in fact what you already did, rolled it...don't be surprised if rust starts to form as a result, because that's what happened to mine, and it's in the shop now gettin' repaired. also, i have 17's (yes 17's
) on my car and i'm not rubbing a bit, so i don't know what to suggest for you man, that's kinda weird. good luck figuring it out.
