84 mm is fine. I don't see any problem with that. IMO if you are sleeving...then yes you should make your cylinder bigger...Its like getting two things done for the price of one.
My homie sleeved his GSR block to 85 mm. I think (correct me I wrong) that 86mm is the largest you can go.

everything sounds good.... just wanted to add that if this is a street car go 12.0:1 and if its an all race motor go a lot higher, port the head, big injectors, crazy cams and tuning and you got a bad *** motor.

PS deck plate and custom crank would be bad *** too

Wanna go crazy??? I would say **** the deck plate/stroker motor... Send the block out to GE.. have them offset, o-ring, and sleeve the block up to 89mm's... The drop a B18A/B/20B/Z 89mm crank into it with custom pistons with that wristpin moved up... 13.50:1??? You can tune that out on 92... RACE MOTOR 15.0:1+ Actually the B18C crank will be fine... I was just figuring for more displacement and the 1.58R/S is cool... Perfect for me ='s ~1.60... **** that 1.75 ****... hehehe Oh well... Peace
