i just bought a brand new 2003 f4i just like that one... i paid 8200.00 out the door w/ two matching helmets... great bike.. looks great, and it sounds like your getting plenty of goodies for 7k... i would try and offer him 6500.00 and see if he comes down a bit just for ***** and giggles...it sounds like a good price at 7k but if he is desparate to sell he might come down a bit.. anyhow, good luck..

ballpark 5500... I know it sucks, I just kept mine. Couple other people will tell you the same. Btw, that was before the 600rr hit the dealers. It's going to be harder to sell a modified f4i in this market. Good luck

Forget about all the mods to the bike. They don't add any value (except in the sellers head). If the bike is MINT and never dropped, etc., offer him 5500, but don't go over 5800 because that's all the bike is worth.

same thing goes for cars too right? like 3500 for a swapped turbo hatch.

Out here in North Cali. I have seen thenm gor for as much as $5500.00 but thats without the gear. You can't add anything to the value for the mods on the bike tho. If I was looking for one I would give like $5800.00 for the bike with all the gear.

used helmets are worthless to anyone but the original owner. Sell the jackets and aftermarket parts seperately and the dealer may give you $5k for a stock trade in. You may get a little more then 6k that way. Highly doubtful you'll get anything close to that all together. Good luck

If he can, he should put the bike back to stock. Sell the bike, sell the performance parts, sell the gear.

I think that's how you would get the most out of everything.

I sold mine, stock, 1200 miles, no extras (except a service manual) for $5500 before the RR came out. I can imagine it would be worth at least $500 less now.

The dealer aound here wants $6200 for a 2002 f4i with 800 miles thats been dropped on it's left side (cracked plastic), and when I asked if it was negotiable he rudely said the "condition of the bike is reflected in the price"
I know 800 miles is low, but with the rr out and it being dropped they can go screw themselves imo.
