I have a 01 ITR and have AEM cai and dc jdm 4-1 headers. I am looking for the most power gain for drag racing. I am thinking of Skunk 2 Stage II. What all do I need to intall this? I plan on ordering this week. Do I really need the valve train? I plan on taking it to the dyno afterwards and having it tuned. Thanks in advance.
I thought about the Toda's but heard they were more for midrange power.

Adjustable camgears will be needed to optimize the tuning.
I am not sure how easily the 2001 ECU can be reprogrammed. Maybe someone can confirm.

Valve train is needed only if you plan on going past the stock rev limiter

Or are you asking about the tools needed to do the installation ?

 

No, not the tools, just the parts needed . cams, cam gears (valvetrain?) etc...
