Not too difficult if you have all the parts necessary. And I mean ALL the parts. However, if you have some extra $$ lying around, better to take it somewhere that's done it before.

It may be somewhat difficult, to adapt new parts like the clutch pedal, the clutch, and some minor mods to the drivetrain...it can be done, but it's not as easy as it looks...you need all the parts, and you need to take it to someplace were they know what they're doing. If you like, and have the $$$ laying around, then go for it!
