Default auto tranny rebuild kit, opinions and questions

found this rebuild kit online from tci
http://www.tciauto.com/sport_compact.htm

i'm wondering if its enough to just use that and a tranny cooler to be able to up the boost to like say 8-10psi or more? from what i remember hearing, the clutches are the weak point in the transmissions in auto hondas so correct me if i'm wrong. the kit includes a lot and is priced at 239.00.

they also have that torque converter that is a direct replacement, but...its like 809.00?? .

so my plan this summer may be to go with the master overhaul kit, and get level ten to rebuild my torque converter for like 320.00. anybody else have any experience or suggestions feel free to say anything you know cause i wanna compile a small site containing information for auto honda's so that everyone won't have to go through all the research and BS.

Those torque converters look alot like the ZEX brand TC's. Probably the same since they're displaying with ZEX at SEMA.

Anyways, good luck! I've never heard of anyone upgrading their auto trannys...much less even seen the inside of one! Better get a SPARE, just in case. heh heh

LevelTen is popular with the auto MKIV Supra guys...I don't know about their "sport compact" experience though? Be the first and we'll definitely follow!
