Default Guys with wider hips what race seat?

I have around a 34 inch waist, but larger thighs and was in Christians Recaro seat and it just didnt cut it. I need some more space around the waist and hips

Are you looking for a reclinable seat, or an FIA race seat?

Sparco EVO2 or EVO3
OMP and Corbeau also make wider seats.

I'm 6'4" 210lb 36 waist and I use Sparco Evo2 seats. They're not overly large - I have had one person who really struggled to fit in them.

Momo Acropolis is larger sized, and if you can find one, they used to make an Acropolis XL.

sorry let me clear up
FIA approved, non reclinable and the cheapest that adhere to those rules
Ill take a look at the evo 2s

Im 6'2 190lbs so not that large just long which makes a solid fit in the seat hard

Good price.

Its a very comfortable seat, but it does have a bit too much of an recline for me.

Hey man I went around the track in George's Evo2's with 5pt Sparco harnesses. He also had some of the Sparco lumbar pads (didn't do much but they helped).

I'd be hard pressed to find a more comfortable seat. They are definately on my list after a roll cage.

Agreed. I had a Corbeau Forza II in another car and can vouch for the fact that it wasn't comfortable on longer drives. The seat was also falling apart in less than a year. But it fit me quite well (6' / 240#), for less than an hour at a time...

Jon
ps- the Recaro that Christian had on the passenger side at the Expo fit me perfectly also, and seemed extremely comfortable, much more so than I remember that Corbeau ever being... but I'm sure it was $$$ :-)

I'm 6' 2", 195, 35" waist and I love my 17" Kirkey intermediate roadrace seat. All aluminum, nicely padded, light 16lbs +/-.
