Default can i do this ?

i got some stock 94 si black steeles on my hb , and i want to get some hx rims later, but i am going to get bfg dr's soon , so what i am wondering if i get
dr's for my steeles ,, and later i get my hx rims,,, would i be able to fit the dr's on the hx rims? ,,, if so what would be the best size to get for my 14's 205/50 R14?? i do alot of drag racing

What kind of car do you own?

If you own a 1994-1995 Si hatch then the HX wheels might not clear the calipers, and if you own a 1999-2000 Si coupe then no way in hell will those HX wheels clear your brakes.

As far as the drag radials go, they should fit the same on the HX wheels as the steelies since they are both the exact same size.

The offest and spokes on the HX wheels make them not clear the bigger brakes found on 1994-1995 Si/EX and 1996-2000 EX/Si.

now , what size would be the best on the hx rims?

As long as both are 14" they should fit. I was able to get the 205/50R14 BF g-Force drag radials on my '92 Si rims. Here are some pics:
