Picked up my new bike last week
Well, new to me at least. Finally own one of my dream bikes.

1987 NC24 (VFR400R). Plastics are a little beat up on the right side and it needs some minor maintenance done, but otherwise it runs very strong and only has about 11k miles.
Plans are to finish up the maintenance, oil and colant already done, still need an air filter, brakes, tires, and then it goes to Factory Pro for them to update their NC24 jet kit. Next winter it comes apart and gets completely gone over replacing anything broken or damaged and gets new paint.

Haven't decided on the paint scheme yet for next winter, but it will be based on a stock Honda setup, perhaps something a little newer though.
FInally got my jacket, helmet and gloves in this week as well as doing some minor maintenance on the bike. Which means I finally got to ride it today.
So much fun, only problem is keeping under the speed limit since I keep having to convert kilometers to miles. For now I just remember 50 kliks = 30 miles and 100 kliks = 60 miles and guess or the rest.
Still need to pick up a full set of leathers and some nice boots before I go up to the twisties though.
