Default Need help starting car

Plese help!! Last night while driving home engine stopped running. Today have checked timing belt its perfect timing marks line up perfect. Has good spark. Checked fuel flow plenty at filter and in return lines. Know matter how many time I crank engine spark plugs are still dry. I am thinking pressure regulator. How do I check the regulator??

You say you have fuel at the filter outlet so could it be that the injectors are either clogged or have a signal problem. Check the ECU for a code before checking fuel pressure. Then check actual fuel pressure on the outlet of the filter.
I would also pull the distributor cap and make sure that the rotor is properly indexed and the screw is tight. Having spark at the wrong time will also cause the engine to stop running.
