Two of the most important things we need to know are, is it getting fuel and is it getting spark. Then we will go from there

Do you have gas on the spark pligs? Need to make sure its getting to the cylinders. If your getting gas and spark your next place to look is to make sure your timing marks are lined up

Test for fuel flow at the return line, or use a pressure gauge. Opening the line at the filter doesn't prove how much pressure you have. It may be only a few psi, and the engine will not run on that.

+1 on check the cam timing. Then with the engine at TDC1, remove the distributor cap and confirm the rotor points at wire #1. Rotor can come loose from the shaft or distributor can be installed 180 degrees out of time.
