B16 EF'ers, what did you do for radiator lines?

B16 EF'ers, what did you do for radiator lines?
I have checked some old posts and haven't found any good information. My swap came with the OEM B16 Radiator lines, these lines are a bit too big for the top and bottom radiator inlet and outlet. What have you guys done to solve this? No place around here sells radiator sleeves (I read about them in an archived post).

There are a bunch of options. I used a 90 integra set of Samco Sports. I believe the "correct" hoses are a 90 integra lower and a 92 GSR upper.
