Default Wheel Cleaners

I decided to put my 91 Prelude alloys from my old car onto the hatch. They have been sitting outside for a while. There is a mold that formed in certain areas that I can't break through. What are some strong wheel cleaners that will get back down the the aluminum?

I use Mother's but have never encountered mold. It takes just about everything I've ever ran into off.
