p08 ecu help

today i bought a p08 ecu
i need help, the code read 37820-P08-N01

is this the ecu from a Civic VTi/EG? the one for the D15B 1.5L VTec?

its a 94-5 Civic VTi ECU. EG4 = d15b sohc 130ps version - silver cover version
