Default A few Q's about replacing rear rotors on 00 Accord EX....

It's not the V6 model and I have never worked on accords.
a. Is this process similar to civic/integra rotor replacements?
b. Is there any tips you guys can give me?

1) Remove lugnuts.
2) Remove wheel.
3) Remove 2 bolts on caliper.
4) Remove caliper.
5) Remove 2 rotor screws.
6) Remove rotor.

thats about it.

don't let the caliper dangle by the brake line, tie it up with some wire or a coathanger.

Thanks Martaigne and jweller! I wasn't sure how different is was compared to civic/integras and I didn't want to tackle a project without completely covering all areas.

Oh here are some other points, when ur taking off the caliper, u may have to spread the pads depending on how worn they are, get a screw driver and pry them apart through the hole in the caliper.

Oh I also suggest you change the pads while you have it all apart too, You may as wheel, it will save you some time.

One other thing when you have it put all back together, make sure you PUMP THE BRAKES several times before actually driving with the car, ur not gonna have any brake response if you dont
