my crx is lowered on h&r race springs about 2.5 inches...do you think 225/50/15 would rub? will that size even fit on my '00 Si rims?

i dunno, im looking for a spring/summer tire now, and ive come down to two choices..kumho ecsta supra 712 W speed rated, and falken ziex 512 H speed rated. what do you guys think? the kumho's are about $30 more expensive.

 

205's would prolly rub

 

Why do you want to run such a wide tire? It won't give that much improvement on a car as light as a CRX. Just run a 195.

205's will rub when on wheels with too low of an offset, like a +40...but your wheels are +45's as long as they're the Si's I'm thinking of so a 205 probably won't be a big problem. If it is, you can give it some more negative camber and probably clear just fine.

some people has 205 and rub. but not me and/or my case

 

my 205-50-15s kumho 712s rub when i turn into a driveway on the inner fender wheel well. it sucks, i got toyo t1-s 195-50-15s in my living room waiting to go on, hopefully they won't rub at all. i have rota c8s with a 38 offset.
