a B16A from a '91 JDM integra, or a B18C1?

besides the obvious price and initial power/torque differences, what are the pros and cons, what about future plans to build NA, if both are modded out evenly, would there be any differences??

anything you can think of from doing the swap to build up

first of all wrong forum this needs to be in the tech forum

and second of all its all depending on what the motor is going in to,what your looking to spend, how far you want to go with building the motor,what it will be used for,(racing or daily driving or both)

b16a= a great engine to me its your best bang for your $$ and there are amazing possibility's that is what i have and i love it but the downfall is it is a 1.6 so you don't have the torque that your going to have with the 1.8
b18c1=another great engine in my book just like the b16a you can do amazing things with this engine <U>but</U> mod for mod the b18c1 is going to be faster because it already has the initial hp and torque but your in the ef forum so im going to guess that its going in an ef so therefor if you want the b18 your going to have to wire for obd1 were as in the b16 you can stay obd0 and have less wiring

but in my opinion the best thing for the ef owner is going to be a b16a simple easy swap good power great possibility's
