Anyone know any shop that can fix bent MF-10s?
The shop I send it to can't fix it and said he doesn't think there's anyshop that can fix it.
If i can't fix them, I'm gonna have to buy another set of rims.
So possible for sale, 2 "mint" condition MF-10 in bronze. No scratches except one or two very minor rock chips.

There are some wheel shops that actually heat the wheels just enough for them to shape the rim back into shape. Then if neccessary they powdercoat and clear coat it to finish it off. You can try http://www.fixarim.com they are one of the biggest wheel repair companies around. Good luck
straightening out the wheel is the easy part.
retaining the original finish is quite difficult.(depends on the damage)
there's a shop here in MD that is quite good at repairing wheels.
if you're located close and interested, i can help you out with the info.
got a pic of the bent wheel?

I remember seeing an add in the back of a Car and Driver mag, a couple years ago.
The guarantee 100% wheel integrity, and Im told they can fix just about anything. (my Stepdad got a Corvette wheel fixed couple yrs ago.)
Lemme find the mag...ill get back to ya.

yeah...only thing is that MF-10s are made out of magnesium. And magnesium turn to fire the moment you heat it up. At least this is what i was told.

i heard wheels america (or something like that) is good too, discount tire takes all their wheels to be repaired there... but to get the finish back will probably be really hard...

No, MF10's are constructed from aluminum alloy.

This is where I got my MF-10 fixed. They'll unbend them for you, but if they need to be repaired, they won't have matching paint. One guy brought his BMW rim to get straightened. It cost him $100
I drove 1 hour to their shop because I was a little cautious about leaving an expensive rim with a shop that I've never seen. Its a ligit place. I've never seen anyone in the picture though.

I agree.. It will be cheaper to actually buy 2 more mf10's than getting them repaired and all four painted (because you won't be able to find matching paint)
