If I was you I would do a b18c swap or a h22a.
The b18c swap can be bought for around 3000-3500 with everything you need.
H22a with trans ecu wiring harness and engine can be bought for around 2000-2500
with out shipping
the h22a swap will be a little more difficult but will be well worth it when you are running 13's
there is a place in Va called noyanusa (1-800-877-2352) or http://www.noyanusa.com
who sells jdm motors which all have less than 40k on them but I am not sure if they will ship it to you.

Peace and good luck
there also is sohfast.com, http://www.foxsden.net/ and, http://www.jaydm.com

I bought my swap from a place called Rickys auto Center in florida. Web site is http://www.raceup.com, the people are real nice and will hook you up with good deals, they also supply everything you will need wires, ecus, axles mounts etc. The best thing about these guys are they ship really really fast. I received my B16a swap 5-6 days after I paid for it.

Well, there was a *deleted* thread in BB forum regarding all the problems I had with Steve, I don`t really want to go into all the details now, but it was`nt a plesant situation.

Keep in mind, they sponser this site, so to hear less than favorable business practices regarding their ethics would`nt be in honda-tech`s best interests

IM if you really want the story...
