Default How to take apart 98+ speedo gauge cluster

Does anyone know of a thread link with pictures on how to get inside the speedo to replace the gauges? If not, has anyone done this and feel kind enough to post pictures and the how-to? You guys always have the answers to questions, and I thank you for that.

real simple
drop tilt steering all the way down, remove the two screws under the top of the dash, insert a flat screwdriver or other prying tool into each lower corner under the black trim ring, lift to pop the clasp, one on each side, remove black trim ring, next remove the four screws holding the cluster in, tilt foward and unplug the wiring connections in the back-done-
