Remove the dash bezel. There are two clips on the bottom of the bezel. Pulling at the bottom seems the easiest. Then there are 4 screws holding the cluster in. Remove the four screws and unplug the clips in the back.

but be carefull removing the two clips on the bottom of the bezel i made the mistake of snaping one of mine while i was taking it off
