Get a EX/SI guage cluster and replace your existing cluster.

AutoGauge by Autometer. I got my 5" tach with shift light for $110. Works absolutely great!!

go with the EX/SI cluster.......and unless you want a pretty tach there onle 110 like that other guy said black face tach with shift light....silver face tachs are more exspensive.

I say just get an ex/si cluster...attracts less thieves.

The EX/SI guage cluster wont be as accurate as an Autometer RPM gauge.

I also have a 93 dx hatch and I started out with a 5"tach autometer phantom tach w/shift light and I didnt know how reliable it was , so I recently purchased a 95 ex cluster for $80 and it was the easiest mode I've done , just to find out my auto meter was right on...........I found that the shift light helps for the track @ night since it's so huge .......but the only problems is that it attracts loser theives.............so you just have to way your options.............good luck
