Tire time Looking at 3 different sizes. Help?

Tire time Looking at 3 different sizes. Help?
I have CRX HF with a SI tranny and 16inch rims. I went to a web site that has tire calculator and put in a few sizes....
215/40-16 0.1% larger then stock
205/45-16 2.3% larger then stock
205/40-16 1.2% smaller then stock
these are based on 185/60-14...stock SI rims(cause' I have the SI tranny)
What would you all get? Thanks.

205/40 - 16's are the RIGHT size. Go wider, you may rub. Go taller, your speedo will be off and it'll screw a bit with your gearing = crappier acceleration.
In other words, I'd go with 205/40's.

Right now the rims have 215/40-16's. With stock springs and new struts it runs rough. I like the 215 for more grip but going with 45 might offer a better ride like the guy above mentioned. The price isn't a factor..they range from 296-312 for a set of 4 delivered. I still have some tread so I don't need to make a decision right now...thanks for the input.
