About to buy an EK!!! 97 CX is it worth it???

Im about to buy a 97 hatch CX with 113k miles on it for 5000 and 5800 OTD. Title is very clean and body is in excellent condition. Everything stock with interior as well. IS this worth it for 5k???? Thanks!

I paid 5k for the exact same car. Except mine had about 70k miles on it.

thats a good deal, my friend paid that exact amount for a 2000 h/b with body damage
