Default Clutch question

I wanna start out by saying i just got a new clutch about 12,000 miles ago. The guy that i took the car too is a family friend who has a shop behind his house, not a real business he just does it for friends and stuff. Anyway, since the day i got my car back, there was never that much pressure in the clutch pedal. I mean VERY little, and i'm pretty sure its an auto zone piece. Should i expect it to last much longer? Lately it seems like there is even less resistance in the clutch pedal

sounds like he installed a pressure plate that may have a bad spring in it. or you clutch master is not functioning proporly.

bleed the slave cylinder/clutch, this might resolve your problem.

It shouldnt be the clutch master cylinder.. I should clarify that when i got the clutch put in i got new clutch master cylinder, timing belt, water pump, and thermostat, so Im hoping the clutch master cylinder is not already messed up. How do i bleed it?
