Why? Its better than asking how to mount his new wing.

Not much all motor power from the single slam. Forced induction minght
be a better way for you to do it.

yea if you are going SOHC go turbo.....but if you want to stay all motor you could probably get some high 13's on slicks with a built motor..but honestly I do not know for sure i have never seen a street driven sohc that was all motor and fast...everyone i know who has a SOHC just goes straight to a 60shot and basic bolt on's.

It is???

The reason I said that is that some of the guys that have been here a while are no doubt going to chew this guy a new *******. Personally, I dont care what he asks, but there is always the "search" guy or the "wrong forum" guy or whatever.

I was just givin the dude fair warning...

There have been some pretty fast N/A single slammers, but they were almost all in hatchbacks. Never heard of a fast all motor SOHC coupe, those cars are just to heavy.

I suggest a turbo kit for the SOHC. The all motor route will be difficult to produce huge gains and will end up costing more than it's worth.

Dunno, I've been here a while, and I wouldn't flame him....

All motor + coupe is not the best combo... I am sohc all motor now, not hardcore, but going boost anyway.

I managed a few low 15 passes.... in a hatch...lol, but have seen a low 14 second coupe with DX motor at moroso (yeah, I didn't believe it was non vtec either at the time)

You should be able to post some decent whp #'s, but nothing to break your neck w/o nitrous.

X2

i made 126whp with i/h/e/flywheel. ran 15.3 in the 1/4mile. i wouldnt fix it up.. u will spent nearly $1000 in mods, when u can save a lil more and swap a B16, B18 or B20 in, which has **** loads more potential.
