The dealership is out to get me!
I have a 99 GS. There is a small crack, about 6 inches long, right in front of my face on the front window. I went to the dealership to see if they would repair it and they told me no. It would be $800 for a new "Honda" windshield. I don't have 8 bills and even if I did I wouldn't spend it on a window. Any suggestions on what I should do?

that's what i'm saying
Anyway, just call a glass store near you. Most glass shop have automobile services also and at the fraction of the price of the dealership.

The car insurance won't pay it. That isn't over my deductible.

Depends on state law, I guess that's why everybody has a different story. Anyway, some states require that insurance companies waive the deductible for windshields. It's worth a phone call to your insurance; they'll tell you.
cuz the honda front window say HONDA PPG.
imo, just get any front window from any glass shop (apple autoglass, standard glass) thats from PPG and your good for lifef. way way cheaper too.

i don't think the dealership is out to get you. they just have high prices, that's all.
i doubt a windshield would be covered under warranty. that item is too easily cracked/damaged, like you've noticed. do what everybody else is saying and call up some glass places and see how much they'll charge to repair/replace it. there's not much you can expect the dealer to do in that case.
