Default OBD2 to OBD1 Very Important Question

I recieved this jumper but I am supposed to wire to D12 for the EGR and there is no wire for it, does it mean 1. that the jumper is for a 96-98 or 2. That I am supposed to add the wire myself. Because I am tying to add all my nessacary wires to the jumper since I am converting the whole car to obd1.

You have to wire it straight to the ecu since the obd harness you have is for civics and integra motors there is a good chance that it doesnt have the egr valve. Just wire it straight to D12 on the ecu.
