94-01 Integra engine chassis is the same as the 92-95 EG Civic. Thus, doing the swap procedure is the same as doing the H22 swap into any 92-95 Civic. Only main difference will be the wiring since your car is OBD-2, depending on what year motor you get.

Meaning, with the HASport H22 mount kit, you need to completely hack off the passenger side bracket that's welded to the frame and bolt their parts from underneath. Only with the HCP EG-22 mount kit do you still use that frame bracket, and only trim off a small part of the rear arm only to clear the shifter assembly box.

I drilled where it was spot welded on, with the exact bit that Hasport says to, and I can't get the dang thing to come off....I've drilled out all the spot welds, accidently went through to the frame rail in one spot, and the dang thing will still not come off. Even with a 15lb sledgehammer it just shakes the whole car.

Yes you need to drill the hole out using the little pilot hole that is already there. If I remember correctly you need to use a 9/16 drill bit for that hole!
