OEM block and head gasket kits. What do I get?

OEM block and head gasket kits. What do I get?
Looking at the photos on http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com, it's very difficult to tell if I'm getting all the gaskets that I need. Here's a list of the ones in question. If anyone knows for sure whether I need to order these separately, please let me know.
Head kit: Does it come with?......
- VTEC solenoid gasket?
- Camshaft seals?
- Distributor O-ring?
- Valve seals?
Block kit: Does it come with?.....
- Oil screen gasket?
- Coolant pipe O-Rings?
- Oil Control orifice O-rings? (3 total)
- Breather O-ring?
Your input is appreciated. I'd just like to order everthing all at once if possible.
