hid replacement bulbs for 99 civic dx

Need help. I have 6000k phillips ballasts off my 97 nissan maxima. The bulbs were damaged when my car got totaled. The ballasts are fine, but I need new ones that will fit a 99 civic dx hatchback. Does anyone know which bulb I would need? 9006 ? H4? I'm really not sure. I also need to know if anyone has purchased any hid's from misterjung.com??? I emailed him numerous times but never any answer so I'm reluctant to order from him . someone plz help.

Also as an FYI, it is the capsules themselves that are responsible for color temperature, not the ballasts. There are 4300K, 6000K, etc., HID capsules, but no 6000K ballasts.
