cliffnotes in advance: i order a 13.00 product, pay 23.00 total after shipping and handling. meaning $10 for shipping and handling VIA UPS 3 day like the website and my receipt told me.
instead, they send it UPS ground, still charge me $10.00 after shipping and handling for a .4 pound item

and my reciept even stated:

yeah i know, and the reason i wanted to order online was because Renton Honda wanted 21 bucks, and this website said $13.00 + 4.95 or so for handling.. AND then charge more for shipping.

but whats even more shitty..is that they tell you the shipping cost AFTER they ship it to you.. so you really have no choice.

btw: this was for a single din block off plate.. 0.4 pounds.. jesus

 

I've ordered through them in the past, no complaints. Their pricing tends to be a bit lower than dealerships because it can be run as a side business, so just extra sales tacked onto a dealership shop. The shipping isnt usually an issue unless you order just a part or two, just like anywhere.

I have ordered a bunch of stuff from them. Never had any problems.

Their shipping policy was very clear to me.

You get charged a flat 4.95 handling fee on ALL orders.
You then also pay the actual shipping charges, which in your case was just over 5 bux.

BUT..
It does say on their website now...
So I don't know.

This is why it is always cheaper to buy something that cheap locally. I wouldn't order anything if I wasn't going to place an order over 50 bux. So that way the money you save from ordering online doesn't get eaten up in shipping and handling charges.

I have made more then 10 transactions with Majestic, and they all went smoothly.

 

when it stated "less than UPS 3 Day Select".. they meant less PRICE than UPS 3 Day select.

if thats not what they meant, they would have stated it in the email, and they would have replied to my last email..which they did NOT because they know they are wrong.

i mean, they can't possibly mean "UPS GROUND" when they say "LESS THAN" UPS 3 DAY select. thats plain stupid.

 

yeah, i knew in advance about the 4.95 "handling" charge, which is still pretty dumb IMO.. but oh well i said cool. 3 day shipping weee..

but then UPS ground, blah. oh well.. you learn and live.

 

I've ordered from them many a time and have had no problems...
usually they do 2 day shipping using USPS...

that does suck though..

 

and just to emphasize on the "less than UPS 3 DAY select" meaning cost is LESS, not actual shipping time is LESS.

I ordered some stuff from majestic honda... They charged me like $10 shipping for UPS ground on some shifter parts (Washers and such).... Then after I clicked submit my order, the confirmation screen makes me realize that Majestic Honda is 40 minutes from me, and I COULD HAVE DRIVEN THERE!!! So they charged me $10 for shipping about 1.3 lbs worth of parts, 30 miles....

I wont be dealing with them again over the website... i'll go back to Manchester Honda if I need anything...

Oh, by the way. If you don't like them. Go to manchester Honda they have excellent service and very very fast shipping. I ordered some stuff in the afternoon, it got here tomorrow! EXCELLENT!

I ordered a Intake Temp Sensor from them, and it came as described, and was recieved in good condition. I'll buy from them again.

Yeah, the thing that's gay about them is that they charge you the shipping charges AFTER it's been shipped. My shipping totally including handling charges came out to $38.xx!

 

I was just going to make a post about how pleased I was with my order. I ordered tuesday night, and I got it friday morning. I ordered an eh lip spoiler and a bunch of misc parts. Shipping charges were fair for an oversize box. My only gripe is that they didnt send me a confirmation email until friday morning or thursday night, so I wasnt able to arrange to be home, and the ups guy left a 7 foot tall box on my front steps.

 

I have ordered from them several times and have had little to complaine about. They once forgot one of the parts I ordered and when I called them it was an easy fix. Gave them my order number and what was missing and had the product in my hands the next day (across the entire U.S.) no questions asked. I agree that there shipping is a little scetchy they way it is laid out on there website but non the less it is still pretty cheap. I ship UPS at my work and the bottom line is that if you ship a small item UPS you get screwd plain and simple. Anyway you live and learn, I will be ordering from them again soon.
