Found the perfect, cost effective GPS tracking system! ! !
Alright, so there's been a lot of topics lately on alarm install and GPS tracking system. Well, I was flying TWA last night and I saw the perfect little gadget to further protect our cars. The system is actually for a child protection (a GPS watch), but if it's the size of a watch, we can mount 'em anywhere in the car. Without futher intro:

Quick Stats:
1. available late in the summer according to the magazine
2. cost about $300 for the device and $6-20 per month on tracking
What does everyone thing about this? I, for one, am sure to try this out... if it can find a kid, then as long as I hide the damn thing well, they should be able to find a car.
p.s. here's another one. by locatenetworks.com ... click on the demo link

Personally... I find that to be WAY affordable...
Even if it's not used for theft recovery... but you just wonder where your or your spouses vehicle is. Very handy service... I like how it takes on 90 seconds to get a pin point location within 15ft, very impressive!

Sounds pretty damn good. We would have to come up with a way to wire it into the power system because it said the battery only last 48 hours before needing to be charged. But that should be simple.
