complete long block, tranny, integra mounts(just keeping it simple for ya), shift linkage, cat. converter, intake/exhaust manifold, distributor, axles, ecu and i think that's it. good luck on your swap man, you'll feel the difference once that bad boy is in there!!

You'd better get the engine CHEAP MAN. You haven't heard the damned thing run, and don't know what you are getting...

You are taking a gamble when you buy an damn engine, that is why I buy entire cars for the engine. That way I get ALL the accessories, and have every part I need to do the swap. Axles, and transmission and everything... I even have the shell to try the motor in, and see if it runs or not. That is why I buy the entire cars.

I just wanted to say that what you said took courage, and that is something I don't have much of. I do often get irritated that people offer short answers even in ACTUAL conversation. I have very little patience for people who do this. I try to offer the best advice I can in every post, except on my friends posts, where I offered him a pink panther costume in trade for his Prelude... HAHAH. Cheers, man for I couldn't actually say what you did to anyone.

Actually I read in a couple different magazines that the 92-95 Civic is a simple bolt in swap. There are a couple of wiring harness issues for sure.
I have seen and heard from several sources that the B18 LS is a simple bolt in... I haven't done one of these cars yet, but I am waiting for one to come along...

My advice was the actual purchase of the engine you found, and *disclaimer* it isn't because I want to buy it...

Ya I know the swap is not too difficult, but when you know next to nothing about actual car mechanics like myself (I read as much as I can but I never really DO the work, so..) I know that the little things are very frustrating, time consuming, and costly. I coud not ask my buddy about his set-up because I cant seem to get a hold of him.

btw, thanx for the props for me standing up to myself. I hope when I have 3000+ posts on here, I will look forward to sharing 4 lines of knowledge to an up and comer and not just tell them to do a search. I have been on here a year or so, i dont mind searching, but it would be hard to get a list of everything just from a google search.

I respect anyone more highly if they have a huge number of post counts, and anyone else I treat them the way I wish to be treated. I am not a noob, but still lack a hell of a lot of knowledge.

Anyways, this will bump for anyone else who is interesting in knowing what all is needed to do this swap

cheers
brad
