Default anyone using a short shifter

Hi, a short shifter for the dc2 R just popped up on ebay in australia.. Anyone had experience or can reccomend the buddy club short shifter????

Also would it benefit the R??? or do you think that the standard set up is good enough?

I should be getting a Cs short shifter within the next 2 weeks. I will be using the Type R shift linkage also. Even though I don't have an R I will post my thoughts..

I've had 3 DC Sports short shifters in my R. I've broken 2 of them, but was lucky enough to have the shop warranty the part and get the replacements for free.

Shortshifter is for me... I have problems to reach the stick in 5th gear. I`m faster without.
